Class pass booking terms:
§  Class passes can be purchased on the day, or in advance. They can be paid by bank transfer, cheque or cash. Contact Julie to purchase a pass before class.

§  Class passes are ideal for those wanting to commit to a regular practise.

§  Passes cannot be extended, refunded or transferred, so before committing we recommend that you plan for and attend the paid number of sessions to get the most out of the discounted offer.

§  Your six classes need to be taken within eight weeks. So if something unexpected happens or you’re feeling unwell, you won’t lose a class as you have two spare weeks.

§  All passes will be extended if Julie needs to cancel class for holidays or for an unexpected reason.

§  Your wellbeing: you are responsible to make your yoga teacher aware of any medical conditions or physical concerns you may have in general and anything that has changed on the day of your class. Julie will offer guidance and accommodations based on this knowledge. It is your responsibility to keep yourself safe and injury free. Please listen to your body and respect it. Use your own wisdom and knowledge of your body to make adjustments during your practise and decide what's right for you. This is your practise and is intended to benefit you and address your particular needs.

§  You are advised not to undertake physical activities without first seeking medical advice. In particular, if you have low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities you should obtain confirmation from your doctor before attending class. If you have any doubts about the suitability of yoga, you should refer back to your medical practitioner.
